A Message From Marie Ortiz: Spring Has Sprung!Spring has sprung – that’s evident with our (temporarily) green hills, beautiful California poppies poppin’, wonderful purple and yellows dotting the hills, and daffodils and tulips abounding throughout the neighborhood. For us, it means rugby games where we don’t FREEZE to death, getting college-ready and upcoming high school graduation, trying to pre-plan for SOME sort of summer vacation (staycation?)… Oh, and of course, allergy season …. So, coats come off, light jackets come on, and we start to think about, ahhhh….switching to sleeveless tops, shorts, and even swimsuits. Now if that’s not something to put angst into many lives, I don’t know what is! If you’re one of those people who likes disappearing under layers of fabric to hide, rather than flaunt, your skin, we’re here to help you change all that. Because entering the SuperSlow Zone® is going to help you enjoy baring your body like never before – giving you the confidence to show your arms, your legs and all those body parts that haven’t seen the light of day since late September. The fact that you’re here in March means that when the weather really starts heating up, so will your body. I owe you everything for helping me regain my life back!- Lexi About 80 Lbs Lighter – Skeptics Rich and Lisa Feel And Look Great – SuperSlow Zone® Hyde Park, FL Alli@SSZHydePark.com About a year ago, Rich came into SuperSlow Zone® for his initial consultation and sample workout. He was very skeptical of the 20 minute workout and probably didn’t think he would still be with us a year later – but he is, and so is his wife, Lisa. At the start of Rich’s program, he wanted to get in shape in order to keep up with the physical demands of his job- a very active Deputy Sheriff with the Tampa Police Department.
