I’ve exercised since I was a teenager, but I’ve never really liked it and the only motivator has been the social aspects of going to a gym. As life has gotten busier and exercise has become more of a solitary acitvity, I’ve lost my motivation. No workout routine has managed to hold my attention. SuperSlow is different.
