I am 75 years old and have fairly severe arthritis of my knees and lower back. With the help I’ve received at SuperSlow Zone I have improved flexibility
of my legs,knees and back. Also I’ve noticed a decrease in the pain I was having in my knees and back. I also have a much better mental attitude since I started my exercise program. I would highly recommend this program and facility.
