In my mid 60s, carrying too much weight, out of shape and with bad knees, my son was concerned about my health. He had been doing a SuperSlow® program where he lives and suggested that I try it out. One of my goals for the SuperSlow® program and a food regimen I put myself on, was to begin using the stairs at work once I lost a targeted number of pounds. I wasn’t there yet, and then one day, after only five SuperSlow® workouts, the elevators at work were out of service. I had to use the stairs. To my surprise I was not tired and my knees did not hurt! Wow!
