SuperSlow Zone has allowed me to incorporate a “fitness schedule” with my busy schedule. The greatest challenge of a new business owner is taking care of business and doing all of it. Somehow we forget to take better care of ourselves. SuperSlow Zone has changed how I feel, stregthened my weak back muscles and helped tone my body.
